How can I place an order?
Website and Phone: We accept all Major Credit Cards. You can either order online through our secure website or call us (909) 923-0400 ext (234) or toll free (877) 530-5308.
Hours of Operation:
Our customer service center is available Monday thru Saturday 10pm -5pm PST.
Order Status:
To check on the status of your order please email us (info@perfumeclub.com) or call us (909) 923-0400.
Please Note: emails are answered in the order they are received, within 1 business day.
Sales Taxes:
We collect sales taxes only for the state of California. We don’t collect sales tax for any other states at this time. All shipping charges are taxable.
Canceling /Changing Orders:
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, order must be cancel same day before 2 PM. Once a mail order is pack and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and package is refuse you will be charge a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.
Shipping Rules:
Proofread your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed you’re your order its pack. We process orders very quickly, and once and order begins the fulfillment process we’re unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience. If your address is invalid we are not responsible for any lost or returns.

We can supply large quantities of items or by the amount buying.
