How can I place and Order?

Website and Phone: We accept all Major Credit Cards. You can either order online through  our secure website or call us (909) 923-0400 or toll free (877) 530-5308. 

Hours of Operation:

Our Customer service center is available Monday thru Saturday 10am - 6pm PST.

Order Status:

To Check on the status of your order please email us (info@perfumeclub.com) or call us (909) 923-0400. 

Please Note: emails are answered in the order they are received, with 1 business day. 

Canceling / Charging Orders: 

Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, order must be cancel same day before 2pm. Once a mail order is pack and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and package is refuse you will be charge a penalty that may include, but no limited to extra shipping charges.
